Dragonflies have been a source of inspiration for me for many years. The enormous size of their eyes are comparable to wearing two football helmets on either side of our head! Imagine to see with powerful vision like that… We will explore with lessons to expand our use of imagination, vision and to see and move beyond our ordinary senses.
This new Feldenkrais and Nature Awareness series is helpful for sharper vision (peripheral, near and far), balance and deeper connection to your environment– knowing your place in the world.
You can sign up =on the form below or register on Patreon (Please wait to pay on Patreon until Sept.1 since billing is renewed on the 1st of each month).
We’ll also learn more about the dragonfly– their amazing transformative life cycle, identification and their prowess as a predator. Some cultures say the dragonfly represents the ability to see reality clearly past all illusions. Expanding one’s vision can help greatly in navigating choices in life – physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.
